Our Process

Our Home Building

Process

Buying a home is a big decision and it’s important that you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. When working with Abele Builders, you are working with an experienced, passionate and family-run company. We believe that the home buying process should be a collaboration from start to finish. Our goal is to make this process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

1

Exploration

You’ll work with our real estate team to find the perfect lot and model home that suits you and your family needs. Whether you’re looking for a quick delivery, town home or single family, our real estate professionals will guide you through the process.

2

Pre-Construction Meeting

Once the paperwork is signed, you’ll meet with Dan, our Director of Operations at our office. He’ll be your contact throughout the home buying process. Once the meeting concludes, Dan will order the blueprint of your home and then submit a building permit.

3

Personalize your home

You’ll have a meeting with one of our design specialists to customize your home. Countertops, flooring, tile and backsplashes are some of the items that you’ll chose in our Design Center. Usually, this process takes 2 meetings to complete.

4

Construction

Once the selections are made, construction begins! You will have the opportunity to walk your home at the framing stage at your scheduled electrical walkthrough.

5

Set your closing date

We’re almost there! It’s time to schedule a closing date and reserve the moving van. Once the closing date is confirmed, you’ll have a final walk-through meeting to go over the nuts and bolts of your new home.

Welcome Home!

As a recent new home buyer, I recommend Abele Builders for their quality workmanship and attractive development planning with home designs that include homes for the down-sizer. I experienced excellent co-operation from the Abele team who provided helpful Realty personnel and design center assistance making the whole process of my relocation a pleasant experience.
