Our communities are a short drive from the lively City of Saratoga Springs, which offers world-class attractions, such as the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), Saratoga Spa State Park, mineral springs and a lively wellness-based community. The City of Albany is the state’s capital city, and is the home to numerous higher education, business headquarters and exciting urban development. We are also building in Clifton Park, a family-oriented community with the expansive Shenendehowa school district.
